As the season starts, I wonder what the Coaching staff thinks about for their 1st XV. With the few seasoned players who have been there before - some for their fourth year - you would have to think that with their experience and combined with the energy and excitement of the new up-coming stars for SACS, it should be a winning mix for the 2012 season. The difference between the 2011 team and what is now the 1XV, is leadership. When you have too many Chiefs and not enough Indians you're faced with disaster, especially when you can't get it under control. Let's hope that with the ISA Round the leadership lives up to that of 2011 to lead the team to some wins.
